2017-01-27 Adaption of FESA website to eIDAS Regulation

Information on the FESA website has been changed in accordance with decisions made at the meeting in Roma 1016-11-08/09. In particular, various links have been included, e.g. to national trusted lists and to the EA list of national accreditation bodies.
